While mixing the songs, I had checked the phase of each mic to make sure there was no phase cancellation issue and a limiter to make sure the songs' integrated LUFS is approximately -16LUFS. I also left around 3 seconds at the end of each song to let the listener subside from the previous song and get ready for the next one. I hope that the listener would listen the album according to the order.
After finishing recording, I brought the equipment back to SIT Sound and started to listen the results. I realised there is some very very low hiss in the recording, and suspected it could be from the preamp of the Roland R-88 portable recorder. This is the downside of having a field recording session and using equipment that you're not familiar with. But luckily, the reverberation of the church suits the genre of music I was recording.
Firstly, I edited the tracks while I was in Byron Bay for my exchange. There were some musical mistakes that can be easily heard in the track, but this is why we did a couple of different takes to make sure we can compensate the errors.

Despite the tracks having natural reverb, I decided to create an Auxiliary track and insert the 'Church Reverb' from the plug-in 'Space', created by Avid. This is to 'glue' all of the different tracks together and make it sound like a 'whole'. This technique has been applied to every song in this album as well.
